TeamWALL makes team communicating easy for coaches, parents & players by placing all of the following team communication and management tools into one central hub.

Ad-Free Text Messaging. Meaning, yes, it's FREE and there are no third party ads. This allows you to get your messages out fast to all of your members with more space and less intrusion. 

Get the message out even faster with TeamSHOUT, a new easyAlert feature.

Keep registrants and families informed with broadcast emails and internal messages. Enjoy easy mass emailing from your online registration account.

Send a custom email to everybody, or just certain teams, coaches or volunteers. Easily customize your recipient list to fit your communication needs.

The Team Chat is a real-time sports organization message board, where anyone on the team can post or comment on other posts. Some examples? A parent making a carpool request, a coach telling the team they had an awesome game, or an administrator/manager asking for help to deal with equipment prior to the game. The uses are endless and completely secure and private to the team!

Publish game schedules and other "calendar related" events to your sports organization members easily and efficiently.

Reporting at Your Fingertips

No more having to update excel spreadsheets. Forget about difficult and non-integrated accounting software. Your data is available real-time and synced with your account making it very easy to pull that accounts receivable report at the last minute.  A series of standard reports are provided “out-of-the-box,” including registration counts, transaction detail, and receivables reports.

If you require a more detailed report, or a report that shows specific information for export, you can create a custom Report.

Financial Tools

  • Payment Processing Options

We offer three easy payment processing options for you to choose from.

    1. easyMerchant®
    2. Open your own merchant account through our easy online application process
    3. Use your existing merchant account or another third party vendor

Create custom financial reports, send email payment reminders, issue refunds or credits, and post checks - all from one payment area.

Each month, you will be sent a monthly statement which shows a detailed summary of total registrations collected by Credit Card, SportsSignup Fees, Merchandise transactions, and any refunds from credit card or other.  This helps you reconcile your bank account each month.

Create Custom Questions

  • Unique Question = No problem

You can quickly and easily create your own Custom Questions to be asked of the registrant during the registration process. There are several different question types, including Drop-down List, Yes/No, Surcharge, and Open Text – you can even toggle the question to be “required” or “optional.”

What's an example of a custom question? Would you like to make an additional donation to Springfield Sports to help us upgrade the facilities? Yes, $5.00, $10.00, $25.00?
