Communication Tools

Keep registrants and families informed with broadcast emails and internal messages. Enjoy easy mass emailing from your online registration account.

Send a custom email to everybody, or just certain teams, coaches or volunteers. Easily customize your recipient list to fit your communication needs.

Team Chat
The Team Chat is a real-time sports organization message board, where anyone on the team can post or comment on other posts. Some examples? A parent making a carpool request, a coach telling the team they had an awesome game, or an administrator/manager asking for help to deal with equipment prior to the game. Standard Reports

Your data is available real-time and synced with your account making it very easy to pull that accounts receivable report at the last minute.  A series of standard reports are provided “out-of-the-box,” including registration counts, transaction detail, and receivables reports.

Effortless Monthly Reconciliation
Each month, you will be sent a monthly statement which shows a detailed summary of total registrations collected by Credit Card, SportsSignup Fees, Merchandise transactions, and any refunds from credit card or other.  This helps you reconcile your bank account each month.

Create Custom Questions

Unique Question = No problem
You can quickly and easily create your own Custom Questions to be asked of the registrant during the registration process. There are several different question types, including Drop-down List, Yes/No, Surcharge, and Open Text – you can even toggle the question to be “required” or “optional.”
